In our experience Bella + Canvas run true to size compared to pretty much any brand of Unisex Tee, they are lightweight without being see through, and are super soft. Shrink is possible, but we’ve never had issues with it, at least not enough that it was really noticeable. There is a size chart in the images straight from B+C.
Our shirts are made in house using Heat Transfer Vinyl and will come with some basic care info. The care info will be very important for the durability of the item.
